JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Will be a member of a cross functional team responsible for designing, building, and testing various types of tactical equipment used onboard Navy submarines. Design of electro-mechanical systems used in the defense industry; Utilizing CAD tools to create 3D models and drawings for technical data packages that meet ASME Y14.5 and ASME Y14.100 standards; Perform structural and thermal analyses to meet submarine environmental requirements. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Requires a Bachelor"s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field with 5+ years of job-related experience OR Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience.
