About the Opportunity

We have an immediate need for a Senior Mechanical Engineer. In this visible role, you will be responsible for complete machine design, from concept to final analysis and review of our custom-engineered systems. This is an exceptional opportunity to showcase your skills and contribute to our cutting-edge projects.

Here's What You'll Do

  • As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will lead the complete machine design process, from initial concept development through detailed design, analysis, and final review.
  • Create detailed machine assembly and component drawings using SolidWorks.
  • Design and implement sophisticated motion control systems
  • Ensure that equipment meets all functional specifications.
  • Develop and implement cost-effective equipment modifications to enhance safety, reliability, and throughput.
  • Collaborate with customers to achieve successful project outcomes and foster positive relationships.
  • Develop project specifications, conduct testing and evaluate designs to guarantee reliable manufacturing and consistent performance in specified environments.
  • Recommends modifications following prototype test results.
  • Consistently considers implications of issues such as cost, safety and time.

What You'll Bring :

  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME)
  • 5+ Years of hands-on Mechanical Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Expert proficiency in SolidWorks 3D CAD design software
  • Understanding of machine tools and manufacturing process.
  • Experience with design of complex machines and/or linear motion systems.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to identify areas for improvement and execute solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities with ease.
  • Occasional travel is required to client/customer sites .
