Our client, a leader in the medical device industry, is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join their team.
Job Title- Mechanical Engineering Medical Systems
Pay rate - $50-$110 per hour
Location-Wayne, NJ
Contract-4-5 Months
Your Tasks
- Development of innovative interface concepts for mounting systems for new products
- Market research on the current status
- Creation of a specification sheet in coordination with other departments
- 3D design of components and assemblies, as well as 2D drawing derivation in CAD software (SolidWorks)
- Selection of appropriate materials and standard components
- Ordering, assembling, and testing of initial prototypes
Your Profile - Student in mechanical engineering or a comparable field of study
- Experience in design with CAD software and creating technical drawings
- High communication skills and proactive information gathering
- Strong analytical thinking
- Systematic, goal-oriented, and independent working style
- Good MS Office skills
- Team player, committed
- Very good German skills, both written and spoken
- Good English skills, both written and spoken
