Our esteemed Client is looking for a Lead Electrical Engineer experienced in designing low-voltage power systems and industrial electrical equipment and products, including the development of electrical drawings, sizing of electrical components, preparation of bill of materials, and technical support for other departments.

Education and Qualifications:

• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation (Preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, SEE Electrical and/or SOLIDWORKS Electrical
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant industrial working experience with a focus on power systems, control systems and automation.
• Familiar with the following codes and standards is preferred:
• Canadian Electrical Code, CSA 22.1, CSA 22.2 No.14, 25, 30
• NFPA 70, 496
• UL 508, 508A, 698, 698A
• IEC standards IEC 60079-0 & 60079-1
• ATEX, Low Voltage, EMC directives
