Job Details:
We are seeking a highly skilled, driven, and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer with a P.E. license to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to be a part of a fast-paced, innovative environment. The candidate will be involved in the conceptualization, design, and development of new electrical systems and products, as well as improving existing ones. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a challenging, collaborative environment and is passionate about solving complex electrical engineering problems.

Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and test all aspects of electrical components
2. Apply principles of electrical theory to engineering projects.
3. Conduct research and testing to gather data for the development of electrical systems and devices.
4. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to understand project requirements, implement solutions, and ensure project success.
5. Develop specifications for product design, testing, and system validation.
6. Use design software to create and revise technical drawings.
7. Prepare and present technical data to internal and external customers.
8. Oversee the installation and operation of various types of electrical systems and ensure they are operating efficiently and effectively.
9. Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to junior engineers and technicians.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. A P.E. License
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical design.
3. Proficient in the use of electrical design software.
4. Strong knowledge of electrical manufacturing processes.
5. Proven experience in developing and maintaining electrical systems and components.
6. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
7. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, concise manner.
8. Ability to work effectively in a team setting and collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
9. Proven leadership skills, with experience overseeing a team of engineers and technicians.
10. In-depth understanding of electrical health and safety regulations.
