Job Details

1. Design, analyze, and enhance manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, improve quality, and reduce costs.
2. Implement Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement and eliminate defects in processes.
3. Lead engineering management initiatives, including project management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
4. Collaborate with the supply chain management team to optimize production planning and ensure the seamless flow of materials.
5. Develop and implement quality assurance and control protocols to ensure product consistency and adherence to standards.
6. Utilize CMMS software for maintenance planning, tracking, and reporting.
7. Ensure GMP compliance across all manufacturing processes and systems.
8. Enforce OSHA regulations and food and health safety standards to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
9. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
10. Train and mentor team members on new processes, technologies, and safety protocols.
11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement process enhancements.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering in the manufacturing industry.
3. Proven experience in process improvement, Six Sigma, and engineering management.
4. Strong knowledge of supply chain management, production planning, and quality assurance/control.
5. Proficiency in using CMMS software.
6. Solid understanding of GMP compliance, OSHA regulations, and food and health safety standards.
7. Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
9. Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt will be a plus.
10. Experience in the food manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
