As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating, setting up, and optimizing CNC machines to produce high-quality aerospace components. You'll leverage your experience with measuring tools like micrometers and calipers to ensure each part meets stringent tolerances. You'll also be expected to read and interpret blueprints to ensure production is in line with customer specifications.

Job Type: Full-time Temp-to-Hire

CNC Machine Operator Key Job Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to manufacture aerospace components to precise tolerances.
• Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure quality.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining requirements.
• Troubleshoot and adjust machine settings for optimal performance.
• Maintain production records and follow all safety protocols.

Schedule: 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
Training Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Pay: $27.00 - $38.00 per hour (based on experience)

CNC Machine Operator Must-Have Qualifications

• 2-5 years of CNC machine operation experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience with CNC programming and machine setups.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adjust settings for optimal performance.
