Our client, a global leader in home, health, & hygiene manufacturing & production, is seeking a Packaging Electrician to join their team. As a Packaging Electrician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the Packaging Department. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to maintenance, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Packaging Electrician

Location: Belle Mead, NJ 08502

Pay Range: $36.00 - $46.00/Hour + Amazing Benefits

Shifts: Weekdays and/or Weekends, 1st (7:15am to 3:30pm), 2nd (3:15pm to 11:30pm), and 3rd (11:15pm to 7:30am)

Job Function:

• Provide multi-skilled technical leadership to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and replace facility and operations equipment.
• Apply electrical expertise to packaging operations and electrical controls.
• Participate in developing and communicating maintenance plans for packaging lines.
• Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing activities on production lines.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to build and maintain positive employee partnerships.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in troubleshooting and repairing electrical controls (e.g., PLC, HMI, Servo).
• Ability to read and program electrical controls.
• Strong understanding of maintenance practices and safety standards.
• Capability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
• Commitment to teamwork and collaboration with internal teams.
