Responsibilities:



  • Design and develop HVAC systems, adhering to project scopes and client requirements.

  • Conduct engineering design, evaluation, and planning of mechanical systems across various sectors.

  • Perform load and energy calculations using advanced software tools.

  • Survey existing buildings and document current HVAC systems.

  • Prepare detailed design documents, reports, and conduct code compliance research.

  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Provide construction administration services and quality assurance/quality control of design work.

  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

  • Lead project teams and manage client relationships, contributing to business development efforts.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.

  • LEED certification or relevant experience.

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HVAC system design.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.

  • Strong understanding of codes, standards, and design guidelines.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to lead teams and work collaboratively.

  • Willingness to travel as required.
