About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in industrial bulk material handling design to join a leading multinational engineering consultancy. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop bulk material handling systems for industrial applications.
• Perform engineering calculations, equipment selection, and system layouts.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Oversee and review mechanical designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Participate in client meetings and provide engineering expertise in project discussions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of mechanical engineering experience in industrial bulk material handling design.
• North American experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge of conveyor systems, chutes, hoppers, and other material handling equipment.
• P.eng designation required.
• Proficiency in relevant design and analysis software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
