We're excited to share an opportunity for an existing vacancy as an Electrical Engineer, P.Eng.

In this role, you'll make a direct impact by designing, implementing, and optimizing electrical systems in substations, facilities, and industrial environments.

Daily responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Designing and overseeing the installation of high-voltage power distribution systems and substations.
• Conducting system studies, including load flow, short circuit analysis, and protection coordination.
• Developing electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and wiring layouts.
• Performing power system modeling and simulations.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards, codes, and safety regulations.
• Collaborating with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Conducting site inspections and providing technical support during commissioning and maintenance.

Mandatory Requirements:

• P.Eng designation in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in high-voltage power systems, substations, and facilities.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards (CSA, IEEE, NEC, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with power system design and analysis tools.
• An understanding of PLCs and industrial automation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Location: Niagara, Ontario

Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000
