Job Summary:
The Sr. Electrical Engineer will design electrical and electronic products used in the protection and control of power generation, transmission, distribution, and motor systems. This includes developing designs for protective relays, voltage regulators, genset controllers, power bridges, and excitation systems. The role involves leading project efforts, applying advanced knowledge in circuit and system design, and ensuring successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop electrical/electronic designs to meet customer and product specifications

Design systems including controllers, power supplies, protection equipment, and HMIs

Design circuits involving high-speed digital, analog, microprocessor, FPGA, and power electronics

Coordinate closely with firmware/software teams for seamless integration

Generate and review electrical schematics, PCBs, and bills of materials

Conduct design evaluations and participate in design reviews

Supervise assigned engineers and technicians on specific projects

Provide technical documentation including Theory of Operation and support for manuals

Estimate materials and engineering effort for project quotes

Travel as needed for project support, training, or product issues
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical/electronic circuit design

Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Ability to work independently and manage projects from concept to completion

Proficient in engineering design tools and computer applications

Strong coordination and team leadership skills
