Your new role

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex electrical engineering projects, with a specialty in the tenant retrofit market. With at least 10 years of experience in the electrical engineering sector for buildings, you will ensure projects are completed to the highest standards. You will work in the Toronto office five days a week, collaborating with an incredibly talented group of industry leaders.

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 10 years of experience in the electrical engineering sector for buildings
• All interested candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of work experience in the GTA sector with an industry (MEP) related engineering/consulting firm
• Specialization in the tenant retrofit market, handling high-difficulty projects
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Effective communication and organizational skills
