YOUR MISSION:

Engineering and Project Management

• Ensure compliance with key performance indicators: safety, budget, quality, and deadlines

Technical Control and Compliance

• Review and validate engineering documents at each project phase
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
• Review and approve policies, standards, and procedures for mechanical design

Optimization and Continuous Improvement

• Identify and resolve technical issues
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives and best practices
• Analyze engineering proposals and recommend optimized solutions

Team and Resource Management

• Supervise and mentor a team of engineers and technicians
• Develop resource plans to ensure project sustainability and growth
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships
• Plan, organize, and coordinate all necessary resources
• Manage all engineering activities while ensuring compliance with industry standards

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Oil & Gas Experience (Mandatory)

• Minimum of 10 years of experience on major EPCM projects

Mandatory Bilingualism

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)

P. Eng. Certification (Mandatory)

• Registered as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) in Canada
