40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Materials Science & Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Chemistry, Physics or a related field, plus 2 years of experience in process engineering. Must have 1 year of experience in at least 1 of the following: Design of Experiments (DOE); statistical process control (SPC); multivariate data sets; semiconductor fabrication; and plasma physics, plasma chemistry, or plasma reactors. Must have 1 year of experience operating in at least 3 of the following instruments/techniques: Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM); CDSEM; XPS; Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR); Ellipsometry; EDX; Optical Emission Spectroscopy; Laser spectroscopy; Spectrashape; oscilloscope; spectrometer; XRD; or Confocal and Optical Microscopy. Must have one 1 year of experience in 1 of the following software: MATLAB; LabVIEW; JMP; Hybrid Plasma Equipment Model (HPEM); Mathematica; and/or Origin.
