Are you a skilled Mechanical Engineer looking to make your mark on essential, high-impact projects? We're hiring a Mechanical Engineer in Norcross, GA to help design, develop, and implement mechanical systems for public infrastructure and government facilities.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Design and develop HVAC systems, mechanical layouts, and other building systems for capital and public sector projects
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams including Electrical, Plumbing, Structural, and Architectural
  • Prepare detailed construction documents, perform code analysis, and ensure all systems meet compliance standards
  • Participate in field surveys, job walks, and coordinate with contractors and AHJs (Authorities Having Jurisdiction)
  • Contribute to project planning, cost estimating, and specification writing
  • Attend client meetings and contribute to clear communication throughout project lifecycles


What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in building systems design (public sector experience is a plus!)
  • Strong understanding of mechanical codes, HVAC design, and energy efficiency standards
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and mechanical design tools
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
  • PE license (or on track to obtain) is preferred
