We are reshaping the defense industry by moving away from large, expensive, and outdated technologies. Your Role:

As an early member of our team, you'll play a key role in defining our product's future. We're looking for someone to take the lead on designing and developing the PCBs that power our drone systems. You'll work closely with a talented engineering team to understand system needs, design for performance, and select the right components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or a similar field)
• 3+ years of work experience in Electrical Engineering
• Familiarity with Altium or another PCB design tool
• Experience in PCB design and manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of Design for Manufacturability (DFM)
• Practical experience with SMD soldering and rework
• Experience with PCB bring-up and testing (using tools like DMMs, Oscilloscopes, etc.)
• A proactive attitude and a sense of urgency in product development
• Ability to obtain US Top Secret security clearance
