Help support multinational organization's business users and integrations that use company's Commercial Claims Administration system. Assist agile-structured team of analysts and developers with ad hoc platform enhancement projects, working closely with stakeholders, internal support teams, and vendor partners to gather product requirements, prioritize work efforts, determine and solve risk/issues, and help ensure the overall delivery of the product work stream. Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to understand the business roadmap and translate that into a product backlog. Determine the product backlog to help prioritize, refine, schedule for development, and deploy software engineering processes to the satisfaction of the stakeholders. Use SQL to query various databases to establish KPIs to monitor, measure, and report on software quality and delivery performance as well as utilize KPI performance metrics to identify opportunities for process and quality improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable RESTful API solutions using Postman, Swagger, Azure API Management to enhance overall product functionality and user experience. Identify opportunities to enhance IT process efficiency by implementing AI solutions, leveraging GPT models, prompt engineering, and Copilot tools. Support annual audit and governance requirements and help enforce technical compliance. Help plan, schedule and communicate release plans using MS Projects and MS Azure DevOps. Work with team members and senior management to set expectations for delivery of new capabilities, features, and functionalities using knowledge of industry-wide development software, frameworks and processes, development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and best practices. Coordinate and interact with IT Peers to ensure project-level impact and dependencies are known and developed in unison for optimum efficiency.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering followed by five (5) years of progressive experience in specialty field
