Salary: $70-90k base w/ potential annual bonus
Must be bilingual (Spanish & English)
30-60% travel
Position Summary:
The Entry-Level Electrical Engineer is responsible for supporting sales efforts within an assigned region by developing relationships with customers, assisting with sales processes, and learning how to grow sales and distribution channels. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in sales, customer relationship management, and technical product solutions.
You will work closely with senior sales managers and representatives to understand customer needs, provide product solutions, and contribute to regional sales strategies. This position offers hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities for career growth within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and supporting field sales representatives in the assigned region.
- Learn and develop an understanding of our products, services, and industry to provide customer solutions.
- Support customer inquiries and assist in providing solutions tailored to their needs.
- Help create sales strategies and marketing approaches to grow regional sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Participate in trade shows, customer visits, and industry events to promote company products.
- Track customer interactions and sales activities in the company CRM system.
- Work with the sales team to identify new opportunities and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order processing.
Education:
Electrical Engineering Bachelor's Degree
Experience:
College graduate
Knowledge of:
