Electrical Engineer

Salary: $60-90k base w/ potential annual bonus

Position Summary:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Product Specialist to support the promotion, training, and technical understanding of our products. This role bridges the gap between product development, sales, and customer needs by providing in-depth product knowledge, support, and feedback to internal teams and external customers.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned products
• Provide product training and technical support to sales teams, customers, and partners
• Collaborate with product development and engineering to communicate customer feedback and market needs
• Assist in the creation of product documentation, presentations, and marketing materials
• Support product launches, demonstrations, and trade shows
• Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to inform product strategy

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related)
• Strong understanding of technical products and customer applications
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as sales, marketing, and engineering
• Experience in a product-focused or customer-facing role is a plus

Electrical Engineering Bachelor's Degree
