Do you have 3-5 years of CNC Lathe operation experience? A hard metal machining company that has been serving customers for over 45 years in Everett is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced CNC Lathe Machine Operator to set up and operate CNC lathes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

CNC Lathe Machine Operator Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to perform turning operations on metal components
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and tools
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
• Make necessary adjustments to machine settings to ensure part quality
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Work with the production team to meet daily and weekly output goals

Schedule:
Shifts available
Monday-Friday: 2:20pm-10:50pm
Weekend (Friday/Saturday/Sunday): 6am-6:30pm

Pay:
$28-$36 per hour

CNC Lathe Operator Requirements

• 3-5 years of CNC Lathe operator experience
• CNC setup experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
• Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Able to stand for the duration of 8-12 hour shift
