Electrical Engineer

The candidate will lead the design, manufacturing, testing, and deployment of space-grade PCBAs, collaborating with software, hardware, and FPGA engineers to deliver robust space communication systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and test space-grade PCBAs
• Evaluate board architecture and components
• Integrate digital and RF systems
• Ensure compliance with space standards
• Optimize thermal management
• Support rapid manufacturing and iteration

Requirements:

• PCB design with EDA tools
• Strong electrical engineering fundamentals
• Experience with compute modules (e.g., Xilinx Zynq MPSoC)
• Power sequencing and management
• Developing interfaces (SPI/I2C/UART)

Preferred

• Altium Designer proficiency
• Debugging Xilinx MPSoC systems
• High-speed data conversion & digital interfaces (PCIe, DDR, Ethernet)
• Memory configuration (volatile/non-volatile)
• Radiation-tolerant component selection
