Senior Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead and manage key projects within our portfolio. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong technical expertise and project management skills, ready to take ownership of delivering high-quality electrical infrastructure.

Role Responsibilities:

• Oversee third-party and Owner's Engineering services, ensuring project goals are met.
• Manage project-related tasks such as tender processes, contractor negotiations, and site visits.
• Lead the supervision and development of electrical design, ensuring contractor proposals align with project requirements.
• Provide technical support for contract negotiations and infrastructure development, ensuring project specifications are met.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited institution; PE license preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in renewable energy (wind, solar, battery) infrastructure projects.
• Strong project management skills, including risk management, estimation, and construction planning.
• Proficient in conducting and reviewing electrical studies, including Short Circuit, Arc Flash, Load Flow, and Insulation Coordination studies.
