Job Summary:

This role in the Test Department requires a dedicated, self-motivated professional with strong work ethics. The primary responsibilities include designing and developing test systems and fixtures, troubleshooting and repairing electronic components, developing and executing test programs (especially for flying probe and In-Circuit Test systems), and analyzing test yield data. While there are no supervisory duties, the position demands multitasking, self-management, and a commitment to the company's success.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electronics or equivalent

Ability to develop flying probe programs after training

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Comfortable working under a microscope with precision

Proficient in reading schematics, datasheets, and manuals

Competent in writing reports and correspondence
