Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the local office and project teams
• Provide technical leadership on engineering projects
• Help bring in new business and maintain client relationships
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines
• Mentor and support team members' growth

Qualifications:

• Engineering degree
• 15+ years of experience
• Leadership and project management skills
• Licensed professional engineer or similar credentials preferred
• Familiar with common engineering software (like Microsoft Office, Revit, AutoCAD)
