The Role

Project Management

• Lead and develop business opportunities with both new and existing clients.
• Identify and engage new clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients and staff.
• Supervise regional staff.
• Identify and recruit key personnel for growth.
• Implement growth strategies for clients.
• Stay informed about local and national regulations and advise staff and clients on new opportunities.
• Develop and manage budgets.
• Prepare project cost proposals and other deliverables.
• Respond to RFPs.

Who You Are

• Over 10 years of experience.
• Minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• State professional licensing is preferred.
• Strong understanding of state and federal environmental regulations.
• Effective communication skills with peers, clients, and regulators.
• Demonstrated proficiency in written, verbal, computer, and interpersonal skills.
• Established knowledge of the consulting field, with geographic familiarity with clientele and the environmental consulting industry.
• Prior experience in project management, business development, and working with state and federal environmental regulations/agencies.
• Strong relationships with industrial and commercial clients.
