Mechanical Engineer - HVAC/MEP Design (Sustainable Buildings)

We're looking for a Mechanical Engineer who's passionate about sustainability and wants full lifecycle project involvement-from early design to system commissioning. If you know your way around Revit and have experience with HVAC/MEP systems in commercial projects, this could be your next move.
What You'll Do:
- Design HVAC and mechanical systems that put sustainability first
- Use Revit and other BIM tools to produce detailed, coordinated MEP drawings
- Handle load calcs, equipment selection, and system layouts
- Collaborate daily with architects, electrical engineers, and green building consultants
- Be involved from concept through construction support and commissioning
- Help evaluate performance and ensure quality installs during site visits
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of HVAC/MEP design experience (commercial or sustainability-focused work preferred)
- Strong Revit skills-this is a must
- Familiarity with LEED, WELL, or high-performance design standards
- Great communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's a bonus)
- EIT or PE? Even better
