Wind Turbine Blade Repair Technicians (Level 2 & 3) + Team Lead

Location: Canada (Travel Position)

Start Date: To Be Determined

Frontier Blade Solutions Inc. is seeking experienced Level 2 and 3 Blade Repair Technicians to join our growing operations across Canada. We specialize in advanced composite repair and blade maintenance, and we're looking for professionals who can deliver high-quality work and lead by example in the field.

Position Details:

Travel-Based Role: Work across multiple wind sites in Canada

Guaranteed Hours: Minimum 40 hours/week

Overtime: Paid after 40 hours

Per Diem + $2,000 Gear/Spending Allowance

Season-End Bonus for all returning technicians and based on company performance

Responsibilities:

Execute Cat 3-5 composite blade repairs

Fully execute repairs, from start to finish

Installing core material using vacuum compression

Understand and apply fiberglass weights, resin systems, and proper cure schedules

Conduct internal and external blade inspections

Fill out detailed repair and inspection reports

Work from platforms or basket

Adhere to all GWO safety standards

Team Lead responsibilities include crew supervision, job planning, QA/QC, and report audits

Qualifications:

Level 2 or 3 Blade Repair Certification or equivalent field experience

Deep knowledge of composite repair principles

GWO certifications (preferred): Working at Heights, Blade Repair, Rescue

Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces

Valid Driver's License and clean abstract

Excellent documentation and communication skills

Prior team leadership experience (for Team Lead applicants)
