Senior HVAC Controls Engineer

Lead system commissioning, controls integration, and optimization of advanced HVAC products that combine traditional and desiccant-based cooling methods. The role involves programming, testing, and refining embedded control systems for both prototype and production units.


Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial HVAC controls
  • Expertise with BAS/BMS systems, PLC programming, and Modbus/RS-485 protocols
  • Niagara 4 certification preferred
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities in both electrical and mechanical systems
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for site commissioning


Manufacturing Process Engineer

Help scale production from pilot to volume manufacturing by designing production layouts, developing semi-automated processes, and implementing lean practices. You'll work hands-on with the manufacturing floor to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.


Top Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
  • 5-6 years of experience in process engineering, preferably with HVAC or electromechanical systems
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks or AutoCAD and robotic programming
  • Experience in lean manufacturing, PFMEA, and continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated ability to lead process development in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
