Job description:
- Experience in Automotive/ Semiconductor industries.
- Generates module or system concepts to meet product requirements (Ebox, Rack and Cabinets, Mechanical / Sheetmetal products, cable assemblies, mechanical frame and assemblies.
- PCA and PBCA TPD generation by using EDEV TPD GEN tool.
- Strong to Understand of Cable overview (CO) & Detailed Wiring (CDW).
- Designed experience electrical products of different type cabinet, rack and box assemblies.
- Preparation of DIA structure, My change activities.
- Engineering responsibility for component and sub-assembly test development, data acquisition, analysis, and reporting.
- Strong to understand and execute ECN process and ZECN process.
- Creating the PMI dimension includes the all information into the 3D Model parts
- Basic knowledge on Bolt Torque Calculations.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Validates concepts through breadboard builds and analysis.
- Performs detailed design and component layout for new or improved subsystems.
- Performs tolerance analysis at system and subsystem level.
- Creating Cable/Harness design and engineering drawings
- Assisting high level preliminary and critical design reviews
- Mentor other Engineers and CAD Designers for prototype and pilot detailed design.
- Expert driver regarding full documentation of design including, BOM, drawings, and procedures.
- Designs verification testing.
- Supports development activities using the Product Development Process including concept reviews, design reviews, proto builds, pilot builds, verification testing, etc., with records and completion of all open action items.
- Works with other Engineers and CAD Designers for prototype and pilot detailed design.
- Interacts closely with development engineers, scientists, suppliers, and QA to resolve quality issues.
