Position Summary:


This entry-level Mechanical Engineer role supports the design, analysis, and delivery of technical solutions for infrastructure projects. You'll work alongside multidisciplinary teams to ensure mechanical systems meet customer specifications, industry standards, and construction requirements. Projects typically involve modular systems for data centers, chiller plants, cooling towers, and other utility infrastructure.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and bills of materials for mechanical systems.
  • Support pipe stress and flow analysis, and help size/select mechanical equipment (e.g., chillers, pumps, heat exchangers).
  • Review engineering drawings and specifications for accuracy and compliance.
  • Support drafting and design updates in SolidWorks and/or Revit.
  • Collaborate with third-party engineering partners and cross-functional internal teams.
  • Contribute to project proposals, cost estimates, and engineering deliverables.
  • Help resolve manufacturing and assembly issues during production.
  • Participate in QA/QC processes, inspections, and field support as needed.
  • Assist with documentation including O&M manuals and installation guides.
  • Take initiative in identifying and resolving technical issues.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (EIT preferred).
  • Knowledge of codes and standards (ASHRAE, ASME, ASTM, etc.).
  • Experience or internships in MEP or HVAC industries preferred.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, and Excel.
