• Hands-on experience with Siemens Capital for electrical domain modeling
• Strong background in BMS, HV distribution (400V-480V), and charging standards (J1772, J3068)
• Proficient in DFMEA, UL compliance, and system-level debugging (CAN, UART, SPI)
• Experience mentoring offshore teams and leading cross-functional reviews
