Key Responsibilities:
Engineering Release Verification & Coordination:

Review and validate engineering release packages for manufacturing feasibility.

Identify discrepancies or potential issues in design documents before production.

Liaise with the engineering team to address manufacturability concerns and ensure seamless integration into production.

Maintain documentation and revision control to align with production requirements.
Manufacturing Support & Issue Resolution:

Provide hands-on engineering support for the manufacturing team during the build process.

Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and assembly issues in real time.

Analyze recurring production challenges and recommend engineering solutions.

Assist in implementing engineering changes (ECOs) and process improvements.
Process Optimization & Best Build Practices:

Develop and recommend best build practices to enhance efficiency and quality.

Collaborate with production teams to streamline assembly methods and reduce waste.

Apply Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 2-5+ years in manufacturing, electrical engineering, or automation industries.

Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar) for design verification.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing environment.

Familiarity with engineering change processes (ECOs) and revision control .

Knowledge of manufacturing processes, machining, and assembly techniques .

Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and best build practices .

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with engineering and production teams.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in an automation or robotics manufacturing environment .
