Job Title: Lead Process Engineer
Location: Wilson, NC
Pay Range: $90k-$130k
About the Role:
As a Lead Process Engineer (Liquid), you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing of liquid and oral solid dosage (OSD) consumer health products. This broad technical management position oversees a small team of Process Engineers and Technologists, providing technical leadership across engineering, manufacturing, and capital projects. You will lead technology transfers, optimize production processes, and manage multimillion-dollar capital projects, ensuring compliance with FDA, cGMP, and EHS standards. This role is essential in supporting capacity expansion, efficiency improvements, and continuous improvement aligned with overall plant objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines in compliance with cGMP, FDA, EHS, and Reckitt standards.

Lead and manage capital projects ($2.5M - $40M), including design, procurement, installation, and commissioning.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related).
