2. Optimize mechanical systems and processes for plastic manufacturing, ensuring efficiency and quality, conducting research and analysis to improve production techniques, materials, and equipment performance.
3. Analyze and troubleshoot mechanical failures and implement corrective actions.
4. Evaluate and implement automation technologies to improve production throughput and consistency.
5. Support new product development by contributing engineering expertise in material selection, and molding techniques, while ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
