Process Engineer Food & Beverage Manufacturing
Salary $100,000 - $135,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Paid relocation to the Upper Midwest

We are recruiting for this growing company and looking for an experienced Process Engineer to join our team and help us continually optimize and improve our world-class beverage and food processing operations.

This is a newly created position with minimal travel, offering a fantastic opportunity to own key improvement initiatives. Youll work with a great team & Engineering Manager. This position is highly visible and there will be opportunities for promotions.
As a Process Engineer, you'll be the technical expert focused on continuous improvement and optimization across our plant. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Process Optimization: Continually improve and optimize plant processes through performance testing, monitoring, and data analysis.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide critical technical support to operations, focusing on operational improvement, technology selection, and troubleshooting production issues.
Capital Projects: Participate in and lead smaller capital projects, performing cost/benefit analyses, developing technical scopes of work, and managing project budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.
Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable recommendations for Senior Management and drive the implementation of plant improvements.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure all processes adhere to GMPs, SOPs, FDA, USDA, and OSHA regulations, and actively support our safety programs.
Communication: Lead, advise, and communicate with all levels of the organization.
Minimum requirements for this Process Engineer position:
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
At least 3 years of experience in a food, beverage, or pharmaceutical (Rx) facility
Aseptic operations experience is highly preferred, along with Capital Project/Project Management experience.
Proficiency with AutoCAD
