Requirements: Bachelors degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Materials Science, Materials Science and Engineering, or related field, and 2 years of experience in job offered or related occupation in semiconductor industry. Employer will also accept a Masters degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Materials Science, Materials Science and Engineering, or related field. Experience or coursework must include: 1. WFE hardware or process details related to test chip flow set up 2. Technologies including PVD, CVD, Etch, Lithography, ALD, Implants, Anneals, or CMP. 3. Coursework in Materials Science covering topics of Phase Transformation, Kinetics & Thermodynamics, Diffusion, or X-ray diffraction 4. Scanning Electron or Transmission Electron microscopy 5. Data Analysis using JMP 6.
