Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer

Location: Cincinnati, OH

POSITION PROFILE:

Our client is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join the design team. This position is for a licensed professional who will be responsible for the development and coordination of design documents for projects up to $20,000,000 in construction value.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Management of multiple projects simultaneously
  • Design proficiency in Revit
  • HVAC systems design
  • Preparation and QC of construction drawings
  • Preparation of technical specifications
  • Perform design calculations and system selection
  • Perform field surveys
  • Review shop drawings
  • Client interface for mechanical discipline
  • Supervise design team
  • Delegate resources between projects and tasks
  • Coordinate between disciplines
  • Experience executing BIM plans, including knowledge of best practices
  • Energy modeling a plus
  • Healthcare experience a plus

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BS in Mechanical/Architectural Engineering
  • PE license
  • 10 years mechanical engineering experience within the A&E industry
