Insight Global is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join a leading medical device manufacturing company. This role will focus on active implantable product development projects as part of the R&D Hardware Design team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and experience leading technical projects through the Design Verification Testing (DVT) phase and ramping into production volumes. Responsibilities include:

• Performing bench testing with standard EE lab equipment
• Coordinating and tracking test investigations
• Reviewing and summarizing electrical test data
• Leading failure analysis activities
• Designing and laying out PCBs for new product development
• Analyzing, evaluating, and verifying requirements, circuits, and systems
• Researching and selecting electronic circuits, components, tools, and practices

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in medical device product development
• Experience with electrical Design Verification Testing (DVT) phase
• Proficient in data analysis using tools such as Minitab, JMP, and Microsoft Excel

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Medical device background
• Implantable device experience
• PCB layout experience, ideally using Altium software

Pay Rate: $50-65/hour depending on experience
