About the Role

One of our top Medical Device Manufacturing Clients are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join the R&D Hardware Design team focused on active implantable medical devices. This role will lead product development projects through the Design Verification Testing (DVT) phase and ramp into production volumes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform PCB design and layout for new product development.
• Lead technical projects through DVT and production ramp-up.
• Conduct bench testing using standard EE lab equipment.
• Coordinate and track test investigations, review and summarize electrical test data, and lead failure analysis activities.
• Analyze, evaluate, and verify requirements, circuits, and systems using engineering best practices.
• Research and select electronic circuits, components, tools, and equipment.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in medical device development.
• Expertise in electrical design verification testing.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Minitab, JMP, Excel).

Nice to Have

• Experience with implantable devices.
• PCB layout experience using Altium.
