Sr. Process Engineer - A.I. Automation ownership

Contract position - 12 - 14 months in duration

Potential to extend.

"Hybrid" work environment - 4 days per week in downtown Toronto office

Seeking candidates that have personally owned at least two A.I.-enabled automation solutions end-to-end

Desired skills & experience:

• Built or enabled RAG agents, NLP pipelines, LLM workflows, AI knowledge assistants
• Used LLMs (GPT/Claude/CoPilot/Gemini/Azure OpenAI) within business processes
• Designed AI logic (classification, summarization, routing, extraction)
• Prepared workflows for AI (input standardization, governance, exception handling)
• Wrote/refined prompts, guardrails, or business logic for AI tools
• Worked with unstructured data (PDFs, transcripts, free text)
• Must have personally redesigned full processes - not just analyzed or documented them
• 1-3 years (or at least 1-3 projects) of recent, hands-on experience embedding or enabling AI-driven process improvements
• Specific A.I. tools or solutions like Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini, or similar LLM tools
• Used A.I. to improve business processes
• Must know how to write and refine prompts to produce reliable, high-quality business outputs
• Experience optimizing prompts for Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar tools

$90 - $100 per hour for an INC consultant
