Your New Role

As part of the Electrical Engineering Division, you'll work under the guidance of a Vice President to provide comprehensive electrical engineering consulting services for buildings. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting site surveys and preparing technology reports
  • Evaluating and selecting equipment
  • Developing conceptual and detailed designs
  • Coordinating engineering efforts across disciplines
  • Preparing tender drawings and documentation
  • Managing projects from inception to completion


This role is ideal for individuals who are quick learners and strong communicators, eager to contribute to impactful projects. This role requires you to work from the office in a hybrid capacity, with 3x per week in person/on-site.


What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 5+ years local of experience in electrical engineering. 8+ for Senior Electrical Engineers.
  • P.Eng. License
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT
  • Strong familiarity with local building codes and standards
  • Experience in both consulting and construction environments
  • Strong communication and project coordination skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team


What You Will Get in Return

A competitive salary, negotiable based upon experience/seniority, between $90k-110k for Electrical Engineers and $120k-$145k for Senior Electrical Engineers + bonus. You will receive full health and dental benefits with all premiums paid for my the firm, wellness & fitness reimbursement + professional/association dues covered. A minimum of three weeks vacation + time off over the holidays and extra paid personal day. The office works with a hybrid work model that allows for flexibility, with 3 days a week in office/on site.
