Mechanical Engineer Intern
on our Connected Buildings Team in
Peachtree City, GA
with Signify.
Cooper Lighting Solutions is a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting.
The internship program is from
February 3rd through May 16th, 2025

As a
Mechanical Engineer Intern,
youll be responsible for learning the different design tools and process projects as requested.

SolidWorks 3D Design

Put together prototypes

Testing prototypes (thermal, electrical, etc.)

Research for documentation in Databases or our MRP System: SAP

Collaborate with the team within the different functions

More about you

Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software such as SolidWorks.

Knowledge of engineering principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes.

Familiarity with testing and measurement equipment and techniques.

Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.

Pay Rate
:
$21 - $28 per hour (based on year of study)
