Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to address daily operational challenges and implement preventive maintenance strategies.
  • Manage construction projects and equipment modifications to enhance efficiency.
  • Foster productive relationships with plant operators to ensure seamless and efficient processes.
  • Participate in the design and deployment of new machinery, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Oversee facility and equipment maintenance, acting as a liaison between management and operational staff.
  • Monitor and manage maintenance budgets to ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot mechanical issues involving plant equipment such as vessels, pumps, and heat exchangers.
  • Supervise contractors and vendors on-site, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Analyze equipment performance, working with teams to reduce costs and enhance maintenance quality.
  • Prepare engineering design packages and conduct thorough investigations into equipment failures.
  • Lead and participate in the recruitment, training, and development of staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including OSHA and EPA standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of PSM, ASME, API, OSHA, AWS, and ASNT codes and standards.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive base salary of up to $120,000, contingent upon experience, along with a sign-on bonus. Eligible candidates can also earn an annual bonus of up to 12%.
