Position Overview: As a Mechanical Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, engineering, and managing refrigeration projects from inception to completion. This multifaceted role involves technical design, sales engineering, and project management, ensuring each project aligns with client expectations and regulatory standards. Your knowledge of refrigeration systems, coupled with project management expertise, will be essential to delivering high-quality solutions and fostering client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Engineering: Develop innovative and efficient refrigeration system designs tailored to client needs.
• Sales Engineering: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to assess technical requirements, offer expert advice, and provide solutions that meet business and budget objectives.
• Project Management: Oversee each project phase, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and budgets are met.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, design, and operations teams to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Certification: P.Eng designation is required.
• Experience: 4+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, ideally within the refrigeration or HVAC sectors.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of refrigeration and thermodynamics.
• Project Management: Experience in project management within an engineering environment is a plus.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to translate technical concepts into accessible language for clients and team members.
