Job Description

McLaughlin Research Corporation has an immediate opening for a Mid-Level Electrical Engineer supporting the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division Newport. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) is the United States Navy's full-spectrum research, development, test and evaluation, engineering and fleet support center for submarines, autonomous underwater systems, and offensive and defensive weapons systems associated with undersea warfare.
The qualified individual will have programming experience using C++ and MATLAB. Experience with Arduino and Raspberry Pi systems is preferred. This position will provide system support for material reverse-engineering and exploitation projects to determine characteristics, capabilities, and limitations of said systems.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's level degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
  • 3-5 years experience
  • Experience with testing hardware on US ranges is a plus.
  • C++, MATLAB, Arduino and Raspberry Pi experience
  • Secret level clearance.
