As a key leader within the department, the Senior Electrical Engineer will oversee daily operations of engineering staff, providing mentorship in both technical proficiency and career growth. This role involves managing projects of varying size and complexity-from initial concept through construction completion-while collaborating closely with in-house teams across multiple disciplines. You will take ownership of projects by engaging with clients, ensuring technical excellence, and guiding both the project team and schedule toward successful outcomes. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
• 10+ years of experience in an architectural/engineering consulting environment
• Proven track record of successful project management
• Specialized expertise in healthcare engineering, with cross-disciplinary awareness
• Ability to lead or contribute to multiple projects simultaneously
