1st Shift Machine Operator & Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator - Maintenance Technician to join a metal stamping facility. This role is perfect for a proactive individual who can operate machinery efficiently while performing essential maintenance and inspections to keep operations running smoothly.

Job Duties

• Operate machinery and equipment following standard operating procedures and safety regulations
• Perform routine inspections, cleaning, and preventative maintenance on machines
• Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections accurately for compliance
• Monitor equipment to ensure optimal operational efficiency
• Coordinate facility maintenance by liaising with vendors and professionals as needed
• Support the team with other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Machine operator: Punch Press/Stamping experience required
• Warehouse experience required
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Details

• Pay Rate: Starting at $28.00 per hour
• Schedule: 1st Shift Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
• Weekend Work: Some weekend shifts possible
• Breaks: 30-minute lunch plus two 15-minute breaks
