Global, Senior Facilities Electrical Engineer

Boise area, Idaho Global Impact Travel up to 25-50%

We're looking for a Global Facilities Electrical Engineer who loves solving complex problems, driving standards, and working across borders to keep world-class facilities running smooth, smart, and sustainable.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the go-to expert on all things electrical-high voltage, low voltage, backup systems, you name it.
  • Team up with engineers, construction crews, and project managers to bring massive infrastructure projects to life.
  • Help develop and roll out global design standards and best practices that actually work in the real world.
  • Analyze designs, review project plans, and suggest smart ways to save energy, boost performance, and cut costs.
  • Lead and support initiatives focused on sustainability, emissions reduction, and water/energy efficiency.
  • Travel internationally to support project launches and keep things on track (expect about 25%, with occasional spikes).

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • 4-10 years in facilities or semiconductor-related electrical systems.
  • Solid knowledge of electrical distribution systems, UPS, VFDs, lighting, etc.
  • A knack for collaboration, communication, and thinking a few steps ahead.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects without losing your cool.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Project leadership experience.
  • Passion for sustainability and operational excellence.
