Mechanical Engineer, Gas Delivery

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary Range $145 000/yr. The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside in California and most states. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field, plus 2 years of experience in a mechanical engineering role. Must have 2 years of experience with thermal modeling using CFD, including design and analysis of thermal and fluid systems. Must have 2 years of experience with MS Excel, MS Power Point, and MS Project. Must have 1 year of experience with selecting materials of construction to performance in harsh chemical environments. Must have 1 year of experience working on projects involving gas fluid mechanics, gas delivery theory, and gas delivery components. Must have 1 year experience working on projects involving liquid fluid mechanics, piping, and liquid rated fittings. Must have 1 year of experience reading and working from electrical and mechanical schematics and diagrams. Must have 1 year of experience working on projects involving heat exchangers, heat exhaust within a system, and exhaust abatement. Must have 1 year of experience in 3 of the following: Continuous Improvement Process; Supplier Selection; Statistical Analysis; Test Fixture development, Software requirements development; or LabView.
